The 1700 Series Heavy-Duty Bilge Pump, Part Num: 4730-4, is a high-quality pump designed to withstand extreme usage cycles. It integrates the highest quality bearings, brushes, alloys, and magnets, and employs an exclusive shaft and motor compartment to reduce wear and extend pump life. The exterior of the pump incorporates advanced resin compositions to resist chemicals such as engine oil, aggressive detergents, and hose plasticizers. Attwoods Heavy Duty bilge pump is durable and efficient, converting electrical energy into pump power rather than excess heat. It is the perfect upgrade from 1500 GPH rated pumps, especially older and over-rated designs, and easily replaces 2000 GPH rated pumps.
