The Attwood 11575-3 stainless steel fender lock kit is designed to make hanging and moving fenders a quick and easy task. This two part kit can be easily installed using stainless steel screws or bolts (not included). Simply tie the fenders to the key part of the kit and then twist them into the deck plate for secure attachment to the gunwale. There is no need to untie and retie fenders when moving or docking; just twist the key for easy installation or removal.
